IMPORTANT EVENT NOTICE
It is with deep sadness that we would like to inform everyone that due to circumstances beyond our control we have had to reschedule this years event to next year. This has not been an easy decision to make and we have tried everything we can to ensure we could run this year. Unfortunately, due to a number of challenges we have faced it is has not been possible to make this happen.
We have informed the artists of the decision and they are all fully supportive of us, as are the local council and our local event partners. We are in the final stages of confirming the new date with the council which will be announced in the next week or so.
The artists are all still happy to come OutOut with us next year and we will be securing the line up that was on this years event in the coming days. We will be speaking with Flip & Fill to see if they can also make the new date. In addition, there will be some other surprises.
WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR BIGGER & BETTER.
RE TICKETS
We will automatically roll this years tickets over to next years event. As a thank you to our customers who have already bought tickets to this years event and are happy to roll them over; we would like to offer you a free ticket to our Easter Thursday event at the Waterfront Norwich as a thank you for your loyalty. We will be announcing that line up in due course.
If you are looking for a refund you will have 14 days from today to apply for your refund. Please get in touch with your ticket outlet to apply for this. We sincerely hope you will roll your tickets over as we will be coming back with a BIGGER line up and you will not be able to get your tickets for the same price purchased this year.
